Government Assistance for CDL Training

United States Truck Driving School works with several different government programs to help qualified Colorado residents cover the costs of CDL training.

All of our professional truck driving school training programs are approved for funding by the following State and Federal Agencies:

Colorado Workforce Centers – WIOA Program

The Colorado Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program provides access to job training and work services to job seekers with significant barriers to employment – including veterans, and those with disabilities. This program delivers a job-driven approach to career training and job skills development so that individuals can obtain employment in in-demand career fields like the trucking industry.

Colorado Department of Labor – TAA Program

The Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program provides benefits to displaced workers who have lost their jobs as a result of shifts in production outside the United States. Eligible participants receive tuition assistance to obtain new jobs and earn wages comparable to their prior employment.

Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation

The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) is Colorado’s leading placement organization for people with disabilities. This program provides those men and women who are currently left out of the workplace with funds to help cover training expenses for their driver training.
